About
Born and raised in New Hampshire, Kimberly developed an interest in conserving the wildlife and natural world at a young age. She took a photography class from New York Institute in the early 2000s, started using online galleries, and then went on to sell her art through print-on-demand companies.
Kimberly’s first taste of photography was when she was able to take a photography class in high school. Her first camera was purchased in 2002, it was a Nikon N65 SLR. Then in September 2004, Kimberly enrolled in the at-home photography course from New York Institute of Photography. In the few years that followed, her artwork made its way onto various print-on-demand sites and portfolio websites.
Kimberly purchased her first digital camera in 2007, it was a Pentax K-10D. With the digital camera her photo collection became unrestricted, and she didn't have to be concerned about where to develop her rolls of film.
Her favorite subjects to photograph are animals, landscapes and flowers.
